This is a 3.6L size nitro cold brew system.

Nitro cold brew is where coffee meets science. Nitrogen gas doesn’t easily dissolve in water, giving the brew a thicker, more velvety "mouthfeel." To infuse nitrogen into the liquid, the tap uses a "restrictor plate" to squeeze the drink through tiny holes, creating a particularly smooth and frothy head.

How It’s Made

Cold-brew coffee infused with nitrogen gas is released through a pressurized valve with tiny holes. As high pressure forces the cold brew past a disc, it creates a creamy, stout-like effect. The creamier taste – whether in beer or coffee – is partly due to the smaller nitrogen bubbles.

Quick Start Guide

1. Put the coffee concentrate and water into the keg.
2. Install the faucet.
3. Place the nitrogen capsules into the nitrogen jacket.
4. Screw the nitrogen jacket on. It starts working when you hear a hissing noise.
5. Shake the keg and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.
6. Enjoy your cold coffee!

Note: If the faucet drips when you close it, don’t worry—it’s just some residual liquid.

Suggestion

The 3.6L keg can hold 2L of coffee. Since nitrogen is insoluble in water, do not fill the keg entirely.

The 2L keg can hold 1L of coffee. Please do not fill the keg entirely.
